The Martifer Academy of Competencies brings together two schools: The School of Engineering and the School of Management.
Since its foundation in 1990, Martifer has carried out projects of high complexity and dimension. This has turned us into an engineering company with experienced collaborators who are often both trainers and trainees. Innovation and success arise from this cross-learning process.
It is at the School of Engineering that our collaborators renew themselves by taking part in an annual training plan focused on their position.
The synergies created between good management and our engineering capacity start with Martifer’s founders.
The School of Management, as well as the School of Engineering, count on the professionalism and excellence of our team for a collaborative progression. This school aims to grant the collaborators with management skills, both technical and related to behavioural development.
