Martifer's Skills Academy is made of two schools: Engineering School and Management School.

ENGINEERING SCHOOL

Since its creation in 1990, Martifer executes projects with a high level of complexity and great dimension. This transformed us in an engineering company, endowed with experient workers, who are frequently trainers and trainees. Innovation and success are due to this crossed learning process.

It is in the Engineering School our workers renovate themselves, by integrating an annual trainning plan adjusted to their line of work.

This school also admits new workers with no experience, in an intensive training program, where a job is taught. Technical design and welding are the two main poles of this initial training program.

MANAGEMENT SCHOOL

The synergies created between a good management and our engineering ability arise with Martifer's founders.

Management School, as the Engineering one, relies on our team's professinalism and excellence to a collaborative evolution.

This school aims to provide to our workers management skills, from technical aspects to behavioural development.
